Return Policy & Instructions

We understand that things don't always work out and we are here to help! Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

Exchanges:

Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!

  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the item is received.
  • The item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines below.
  • Please place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item.
  • Ship your return item back to us including your new order number for the exchange inside your return, and we will process a full refund once we receive the returned item.
  • If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the Return instructions.

Returns:

  • All Accessories, Bras, Swimsuits, and Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • Items can be returned for either an electronic store credit for the full purchase price or a refund to the original form of payment, however a refund is processed with a 10% restocking fee. 
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, received beyond 30 days from the order date or on Sale, not be accepted.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.  

Shipping back your order:

We do not provide return shipping labels. You will be responsible to pay any shipping charges required to send the items back to us. While we have no preference as to which carrier you choose, USPS is generally the most cost effective.

  • If you need to return an item please contact us at returns@simplybkc.com. We will provide you with a return address at that time. Please do not return an item on your own as we have locations in Texas and California and need to verify where the item needs to be sent.
  • We don’t require a Return Authorization but please print a copy of your order confirmation email to place inside.
  • If you would prefer a refund (less the 10% restocking fee) instead of store credit, please make sure to let us know inside your return.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit. Please use a mail provider which will give you a tracking number and send it to us via email.
  • All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with either your store credit or refund information once we have processed it.
  • Refunds can take between 3-5 business days to clear back into your account, depending on your banking institution.

Something Wrong?

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at orders@simplybkc.com so we may address the issue. 
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
